    12 Gauge Warning began in February of 2007. After playing for about three months the band acquired Chris Nelson (a.k.a. Tapout) for a vocalist one week before a show. After the show "Tapout" was removed from the band and was shortly replaced by Cody Byrd who acquired the duties of Lead Guitar and Lead Vocals. After a few months of playing together Cody Byrd moved to North Carolina. So once again Shane, Micah, and Cody set out to find another member. With no luck Shane decided to become the vocalist. Three months down the road they found the heavy metal singer they were looking for whose name was Brandon. After three practices Brandon bailed and moved to Utah. During March 12 Gauge Warning played a small set at Grayson's County Line in Azle, Texas. They also played at a birthday party in late March. On April 16th, 2008, Cody Byrd rejoined the band.
    We recorded our first DEMO at ITR studio and let me tell ya, after working with Caleb and the rest of the crew we put together a pretty badass demo. We finally found a guitar player who could take the reigns and kick some ass. So get ready cuz we are comin soon to play at a venue near you!!
